- Yoga: Classic yoga & yoga nidra
- Meditation and Qi gong: soft movements that are also very good for your back as well as to ease busy mind
- Dance: couple dances (salsa, bachata, skal vi danse (tango, waltz, quick step, cha cha cha, rumba samba, jive)
- Stress management workshop using the most popular “remedies” for mind, soul and body from yoga, meditation in stillness and movement, breathing exercises, mind and body awareness. It is one of the most popular options as a workshop, plus it can be followed up as a course.
You can opt for one time workshops to celebrate events or make regular weekly activities during work time so your employees wake up and improve focus, effectiveness and gain better health and thus lower sick leave absence.
Courses: 15000 NOK for 10 weeks 1 class a week, or 20 000 NOK for 2 classes a week.
Workshops/special events: 5000 NOK for 1,5-2 hours events/workshops. The prices can be discussed and adjusted to the package.
