YOUR LABS SAY “NORMAL.”

BUT YOU STILL DON’T FEEL WELL.

Maybe you’re exhausted even though you sleep.

Your ferritin is technically “within range,” but you’re struggling with energy, concentration or exercise.

Your blood sugar is “fine,” yet you crash between meals, crave sugar or struggle with your weight.

Or perhaps you’re dealing with hormonal changes, digestive symptoms, brain fog, migraines or post-viral symptoms — and no single explanation seems to connect everything.

This is where an integrative approach can be useful.

Instead of looking at each symptom separately, we step back and look at the whole picture.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

My interest in integrative health became personal when I developed long COVID.

Suddenly I was living with symptoms that were difficult to explain and even harder to solve: fatigue, brain fog, nervous-system symptoms, exercise intolerance and fluctuating symptoms that didn’t fit neatly into one box.

Having a background in health research helped me do what I naturally do: investigate.

I began looking more deeply into nutrition, nutrient status, metabolism, hormones, stress physiology, nervous-system regulation and the ways different systems in the body interact.

That experience eventually led me to train in integrative health and nutrition.

Today, I combine that education with my background in health research and coaching to help other people make sense of complicated health pictures — particularly when several things seem to be happening at once.

CONNECT THE DOTS

Many people are told to eat less, exercise more, reduce stress or simply accept that their blood tests are normal.

But health is rarely influenced by one factor alone.

Energy, appetite, weight regulation, cognition and overall well-being can be influenced by the interaction between:

nutrition · blood sugar · nutrient status · hormones · sleep · stress · digestion · movement · recovery

For example, chronic stress can influence sleep, appetite and glucose regulation.

Low iron stores can coexist with fatigue or reduced exercise tolerance.

Poor sleep can affect appetite and food choices the following day.

Hormonal transitions can coincide with changes in sleep, migraine patterns, body composition and insulin sensitivity.

And when several factors occur together, treating each symptom as an isolated problem can miss the bigger picture.

My role is to help you organize that picture.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE HELP WITH?

Metabolism & weight

Difficulty losing weight, changing body composition, insulin resistance, blood sugar fluctuations, cravings, hunger and emotional or stress-related eating.

The focus is not another restrictive diet. We look for an eating pattern you can realistically maintain.

Women’s health & hormonal transitions

Perimenopause and menopause, menstrual-cycle-related changes, energy, appetite, sleep and other lifestyle factors that can interact with hormonal well-being.

Nutrient status

Iron and ferritin, vitamin D, B vitamins, magnesium and other relevant nutritional factors.

When blood tests are available, we can review them alongside symptoms, diet and health history and identify questions worth discussing further with your doctor.

Digestion

Digestive symptoms, eating patterns, food tolerance and factors that may affect nutrient intake and absorption.

Long COVID & complex health conditions

I have a particular interest in people living with complex or fluctuating health problems, including long COVID/post-viral illness, migraine and hypermobility-related conditions like MCAS and POTS.

These conditions require appropriate medical care. Integrative health coaching can complement that care by helping you examine nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, symptom patterns and other modifiable factors around it.

Energy, stress & nervous-system regulation

Sleep, chronic stress, recovery, physical activity, pacing and nervous-system regulation.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Comprehensive assessment

Before trying to change things, we need to understand what is actually happening.

We look at your:

health history
current symptoms
eating patterns
sleep
stress
physical activity and recovery
previous dieting experiences
existing diagnoses
medications and supplements
goals and priorities

You can also share relevant blood-test results if you have them.

Depending on your situation, these might include ferritin and iron markers, HbA1c, glucose, insulin, vitamin D, thyroid markers, lipid profile and other tests already performed by your healthcare provider.

You do not need to have all of these tests before booking.

2. Connect the dots

Next, we look for patterns.

What is already working?

Where might there be gaps?

Do your symptoms change with meals, sleep, stress, your menstrual cycle or physical activity?

Are several apparently unrelated symptoms potentially connected?

And most importantly:

Which areas are actually worth focusing on first?

The aim isn’t to optimize everything at once. It’s to identify the changes most likely to matter for you.

3. Your personalized plan

You receive practical recommendations based on your assessment and goals.

Depending on your situation, this may include:

nutrition and meal composition
protein and fibre intake
blood-sugar-supportive eating patterns
food quality and dietary variety
sleep and recovery strategies
stress and nervous-system regulation
physical activity or pacing
habit formation
nutritional supplementation, when appropriate

If your history or results suggest something that needs medical investigation, I may also recommend questions or tests to discuss with your doctor.

ABOUT ME

Anastasia Mokienko, PhD

I am a certified weight-correction nutritionist, anti-age coach and integrative health coach.

Before moving into coaching and integrative health, I worked in research and data analysis. I hold a PhD and have researched healthcare and health-related questions professionally.

That background strongly influences how I work today.

I like data. I like patterns. And I like asking:

What are we missing when we look at each piece separately?

My own experience with long COVID, HSD, POTS, MCAS and Vestibular Migraines made that question deeply personal.

Living with a complex chronic condition taught me what it feels like when symptoms are real but the explanation isn’t obvious — and how difficult it can be to navigate enormous amounts of often contradictory health information.

It also pushed me to study nutrition and integrative health more deeply.

Today my work brings these worlds together:

health research + nutrition + coaching + stress and nervous-system regulation + lived experience

My approach is evidence-informed, practical and individualized.

I don’t believe everyone needs a perfect diet, twenty supplements or an impossibly complicated wellness routine.

I want to help you understand **your own

Testimony:

I did a health consultation with Anastasia in 2026. She was very thorough, and I could tell she knew what to look for. It was interesting to get an in depth analysis and comparison of firmer advice from other doctors. She compared all the info I provided her, put it all together to provide me with the best steps moving forward. Supplements, food and direction regarding the next visit to the doctor. Anastasia is very knowledgeable and I especially enjoyed her knowledge about the female hormone system. Highly recommend her!
